This beautiful townhouse is part of the recently built Ilios Cottages complex, a home from home on holiday. Situated to the West of Kato Paphos in the Universal Area, it is within walking distance of all that Paphos has to offer. The complex is maintained to a very high standard, with mature landscaping and a large pool with roman steps at the shallow end. Plenty sun loungers and umbrellas are provided poolside - there are also shower and toilet facilities.

Down stairs is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with a guest WC with patio doors opening out onto a private patio overlooking the pool. The patio is bathed in sunshine from mid morning till sunset.

Upstairs the master bedroom has a king size bed with a balcony. The twin room also has a balcony which overlooks the pool. There is a family bathroom with an over bath shower.
