This property is located in Iris Village, a brand new 5 star complex with a magnificent 60 metre pool which has a 3 metre waterfall feature and Jacuzzis at either end. Alongside is a children’s’ splash pool with water fountain. Another 15 metre pool is located just a few doors from this property. The complex is within walking distance of all amenities.

Downstairs is an open plan living/dining/kitchen area and guest WC. Upstairs is the en-suite master bedroom, a twin bedroom and family bathroom which has an over bath shower. A high standard of accommodation with guests comfort a priority. There are patio doors to the rear opening out onto a patio area with garden furniture which overlooks a field with citrus trees.

GUEST BOOK:We would like to say how much we enjoyed staying in your lovely Cyprus home. The house was comfortable and everything we could possible need was provided. It was nice to be within easy reach of a multitude of restaurants as well as the beach and Paphos’ beautiful Harbour. All the main roads were close by which made getting other areas simple. Our first stay in Paphos area. We loved the house which was extremely well equipped and slept 6 comfortably. (3 adults and 3 children). We found a car necessary, but shopping and getting around were simple and enjoyable. We tended to cook in and found that the kitchen worked extremely well. The facility includes private pools, but it was the wrong time of year for us! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and plan to return. Len & Jenny•
