Iris 2, D14 is a 2 bedroom end terrace town house with private parking on a small recently built complex with communal pool.  In the Universal area of Kato Paphos it is within walking distance of shops, restaurants and amenities. This property has been furnished to a very high standard and the kitchen is exceptionally well equipped.  It is fully air conditioned and has fly screens throughout.Downstairs is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, and a guest WC.  Patio doors open out onto a private patio with garden furniture and a BBQ.  There is Sky TV, DVD, and a CD player.  Books, games and DVDs are provided.Upstairs there is a double bedroom with a balcony overlooking the pool, a twin bedroom also with a balcony (each bedroom has a hairdryer) and a family bathroom.
